Sisters Carole Pope, Diane Simpson, and Patricia Curry appeal the trial court's interpretation of their deceased mother's will and codicil and the court's resultant award to each of them of a one-sixth interest in the proceeds from the sale of their mother's home. They contend that each should have received a one-fourth share and that the trial court erred in awarding a one-half interest in the proceeds to their sister, Kathy S. Curry, where it found that the testatrix's intent was to divide her estate equally among her four daughters. Holding that, in the context of this case, the testatrix's codicil words "I trust" direct executrix Kathy Curry to divide the proceeds equally, we reverse.
